Dates: 13 JAN 2019
Venue: Singapore, National Gallery

Haegue Yang, who lives and works in Berlin, Germany and Seoul, South Korea, is going to have an artist talk in National Gallery Singapore. As Sol LeWitt stated “Conceptual artists are mystics rather than rationalists. They leap to conclusions that logic cannot reach,” in his 1969 manifesto “Sentences on Conceptual Art,” Yang would present her practices and visions, with an emphasis on her important works influenced by Conceptual Art. This event is a part of the exhibition 《Minimalism: Space, Light, Object》 in National Gallery Singapore.
