The Buk-Seoul Museum of Art presents 2022 Idle Space Project : (oh, shyness) from October 21, 2022, to January 29, 2023. The project features four artists, Luca Buvoli, Beom Kim, Siobhan Liddell, Eran Schaerf, and introduces a total of 20 works, including paintings, sculptures, installations, and videos.

The paradox of blushing: making oneself more visible at the very moment when one wants to be invisible._ (oh, shyness)_ is a return to localized creativity, with objects, moving images, and situations that try to hide, that don’t fit in, yet – with tenderness, hesitance, and awkwardness – reveal themselves.

Thirty years ago, four young artists from different backgrounds hid their humble works in the basement, office, or back room of three spaces in the New York neighborhood of SoHo. Today, they inhabit interstitial and hidden spaces of Buk-Seoul Museum of Art, with new and old thoughts. You may want to try to find them.
