This art critic and director of the artist and market research team at Meetingroom studied German and English then art history. She worked as exhibition team manager for Gallery Hyundai, where she organized exhibitions and projects from 2006 to 2008; Thomas Struth: Korea 2007–2010, Ai Weiwei (2008), Douglas Gordon (2008) at doART Beijing and Channel 1 (2007), which introduced six Korean single channel video artists. She was also editor of the magazine Art Monthly from 2009 to 2015 and interviewed many internationally renowned artists and specialists. In 2013, Lee participated in the Asian Contemporary Art Forum hosted by the Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts of Taipei National University of the Arts and presented “Asianness? New Korean Wave of Art” at the event. Since 2015, she has written a series of articles via the curatorial research platform Meetingroom and participated in various projects as a critic and mentor.
