Shim Ahbin 

Born in 1976, Shim majored in film and video at Kaywon University of Art and Design in Korea, and went on to receive a bachelor’s in time-based art and a master’s in electronic Imaging at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design at the University of Dundee in Scotland. After returning to Korea in 2006, she worked as a gallerist, and in 2011, she held solo exhibitions in Seoul such as You & Me at GYM Project and Opposite Poles of a Unity at Space Willing N Dealing in 2013. Her participation in group exhibitions has allowed her to display her installations featuring a combination of videos and paintings.
