Fi Lee (Fi Jae Lee)

Born in 1981 in Seoul, Korea, Fi Jae Lee held her first solo exhibition when she was a freshman in high school. After earning her BFA and MFA in fine arts at School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the United States, Lee has expanded from creating two-dimensional work to creating multi-dimensional art, currently presenting a wide array of installation works. Starting with her solo exhibition held after her homecoming to Korea at Gallery Artlink in 2010, the artist has held and participated in a number of solo exhibitions including 《The Cabinet of Fi’s Curiosities》 and 《The Whole World on My Face》 as well as various group exhibitions. Lee is currently participating in the SeMA Nanji Residency.
