Choi and Choi Gallery presents Taesoo Lee's solo exhibition and time stood still from November 19 to December 31, 2022. Korean contemporary sculptor Taesoo Lee, who majored in environmental sculpture, is working to destroy or transform our common perception through the extreme portrayal of everyday materials such as stones, glass, and rebar.

In this exhibition, he presents rock sculptures that seem like heavy rocks but are represented in light styrofoam in fact. There's a temporality in this fixed sculpture, the rock being precariously placed on thin glass and the stone permeating through the wall over time. A series of rock works by artist Taesoo Lee is shown on the three floors of the gallery hall and rooftop space.
